Clayton and Northowram will meet in a derby in one of three first-round ties in the Foster’s Halifax League’s Heineken-UK sponsored Twenty20.

Jer Lane are involved in another contest to whittle the field down to 16, travelling to Copley on Tuesday, May 7.

Were Jer Lane to triumph, they would be at Queensbury in the second round on Tuesday, June 4, when Thornton host Wibsey Park Chapel.

First round (Tuesday, May 7): Mytholmroyd v Triangle, Clayton v Northowram, Copley v Jer Lane. Second round (Tuesday, June 4): Southowram v Stones, Mytholmroyd or Triangle v Clayton or Northowram, Thornton v Wibsey Park Chapel, Bradshaw v Booth, SBCI v Warley, Old Crossleyans v Blackley, Queensbury v Copley or Jer Lane, Sowerby SP v Sowerby Bridge.
