Morale-sapping defeat for Thackley

Thackley lost at home to Northern Counties East Premier Division basement outfit Hall Road Rangers last night.

The Dennyboys were looking to bounce back from a defeat at the weekend but first-half strikes from Hall Road’s Darren Rookes and Jamie Reeson earned the Hull-based outfit the win that lifted them off the foot of the table and out of the relegation zone.
