Rankings boost for Rebekah Tiler

Denholme’s Rebekah Tiler has shot up the year-end British rankings.

The 14-year-old Bingley Grammar School pupil is already the eighth best woman in the country according to body weight, the third best junior woman and the leading youth woman, all with a mark of 209.4.

Six months ago, the Mytholmroyd Weightlifting Club member was the 20th woman and third youth woman with a score of 162.5.
