Dudley Hill Rangers under-nines surrenderred their 11-game unbeaten run in the Keybury Alarms Junior League, losing 2-1 at second-placed Calverley.

Niall Griffiths was brought down in the box in an uneventful first half but the penalty claim was dismissed.

In the second half, Rangers allowed a hungrier Calverley side a 2-0 cushion before Griffiths scored a late consolation from an acute angle.

After a tight start, Westwood Jets under-tens went into a 2-0 lead over Thackley with goals from Lewis Dunn and Andy Hewitson.

Thackley got back in the game with a goal after half-time but Westwood then shifted into top gear, further goals from Dunn, Jacob Slator and Jack Clarkson helping to keep them on top of the table.

Baildon Dynamoes were even more emphatic victors against Scholemoor, winning 11-0.

Courbon Carr (3), Louis Turner (3), Denon Sokee (2) and Charlie Menzies, Harvey Weston-Beyer and Louis Anderson were the Dynamoes' marksmen, while Turner and Weston-Beyer were joint men of the match, Nathan Hayward keeping his sixth clean sheet.

Baildon Dynamoes under-sevens were also convincing victors, putting 17 past Guiseley Orange.

Alfie Turner (5) and Ben Cockroft (4) led the way, and they were followed by Harvey Menzies (2),  Connor Holmes (2), man of the match Hamish McCallum (2), Lyndon Bateson and Max Paterson.

Bradford Park Avenue under-18s were 3-0 winners against Bingley, which keeps them top of the pile in Division C.

In windy conditions, goals came from Danny Parkinson, Matthew Wilkinson (penalty) and Harry Hall, while Luther O'Farrell was man of the match.

Salts under-18s lost a tight match at home to Oakworth in Division A, a strong crosswind making decent play difficult.

Oakworth were unlucky to still be 0-0 at half-time, Matthew Smith having performed well in the Salts net, but it was the visitors' keeper who was the busier in the second half.

Nathan Hartley headed against the bar for Salts but they were eventually beaten ten minutes from time by a volley which went over the head of the keeper.

Central midfielder Alex Stevens was man of the match for Salts on his comeback game after a bad shoulder injury.

Salts Panthers had little joy against Avenue in Under-14 Division C, losing 16-1.

Connor Barley and Daniel Isaacs grabbed themselves a handful of goals, Billy Enoch, Connor Russell, man of the match Oliver Raistrick, Brandon Doherty, Niall Brame and Jake Brame making up the tally.

Bradford Tigers under-11s led 2-0 at Campion but ended up losing 8-2.

Joe Hunt, who was the parents’ man of the match, and Charlie Firth netted for Tigers in what was their best first-half performance of the season.

In the RCD Huddersfield Junior League, Wyke Wanderers under-11s saw off Clifton 8-1 with strikes from Charlie Smith (4), Josh Grant (2), Lewis Evans and Luke Delahunty.
