BullBuilder are urging potential new members to come on board as the supporters' trust bids to continue the work which saw it raise almost £29,000 at the height of the Bulls’ financial crisis.

The trust set up a hardship fund to provide financial support to staff who had been made redundant following the club’s slide into administration last year.

But Omar Khan’s purchase of the Bulls, which BullBuilder have hailed as “dynamic”, has prompted the trust to debate whether they should continue.

BullBuilder say that many of the activities they sought to organise, such as regular fans' forums, are now being driven by the club itself.

However, at a meeting last week, BullBuilder members decided that the achievements and goodwill of the trust were too valuable to lose.

Several committee members are stepping down for personal and professional reasons, but more are needed.

BullBuilder will be holding a meeting at the Provident Stadium on Thursday, and anyone interested in joining the board should e-mail info@bullbuilder.co.uk.
