Wirral take maximum points from Cammel Laird trip, hopes Farsley boss

Farsley head to the area their manager hails from tomorrow as they travel to the Wirral to take on Cammell Laird in a tough Evo-Stik Division One North encounter.
The hosts are just one place below Farsley but have four games in hand. If Neil Parsley’s men are to keep Lairds below them, and extend the gap between the clubs to four points, they will need to come back from his old stomping ground with a win.
Farsley were looking sharp in midweek when they snapped out of their impromptu mid-winter break with a victory over Worksop Town in the League Cup.
Their league form has not been as impressive as they have drawn their last three.
It could be classed as a six-pointer because a win for either club would take them into the play-off zone.
