Bradford Park Avenue to face Gainsborough Trinity this weekend

Bradford Park Avenue have rescheduled their Blue Square Bet North fixture at Gainsborough Trinity for this Saturday.

That was the original date of the game but it had been postponed because Trinity are still in the FA Trophy and they had a tie in the last eight set to be played at the weekend.

But their opponents are either Gateshead or Barrow and that third-round tie has yet to be completed due to the adverse weather.

Meanwhile, the cold snap and residual snow has claimed another fixture locally.

The latest victim is tomorrow night’s Premier Division clash between Silsden and Colne in the North West Counties League.
