Guy Branston will face Bradford City after all after signing a month's loan with Saturday's opponents Bristol Rovers.

The former Bantam centre half was an unused sub on the Aldershot bench during City's recent 2-0 win at the EBB Stadium.

But under-fire Rovers boss Mark McGhee moved to solve their defensive problems by snapping up Branston this afternoon on a short-term deal.

With centre half Tom Parkes injured in their 4-0 defeat at Port Vale on Tuesday, Branston is set to step straight in against his old club.
