Farsley response required after defeat

Ryan Serrant was missing for Farsley last week
Farsley manager Neil Parsley is demanding a reaction from his side following last weekend’s defeat at play-off rivals Warrington Town.
The visitors to Throstle Nest on Saturday are lowly Radcliffe Borough, with the fifth-placed hosts needing a win keep in the frame for promotion in Evo-Stik League Division One North.
Parsley fumed that the 2-1 defeat at Town would ‘bite us in the backside’ later in the campaign, so wants his squad to bounce back, especially as Farsley have played more games than most of the clubs in the top half of the table.
“Last week was a massive disappointment because I felt we had done enough to win the game,” said Parsley.
“We didn’t convert enough of the chances we created and, on top of the injuries, we had Ryan Serrant missing due to a family bereavement and Gareth Grant suspended. We have had six or seven players missing for different reasons over the last couple of months.
“I’m not whinging because its part and parcel of the game. But it is a factor and very frustrating as a manager.”
Radcliffe have lost just two of seven away games this term so are hard to beat but Farsley know they will breach the 30-point barrier with a home win.
