EXCITING full back Danny Belcher has won Bradford Salem's players' player of the year award.
He pipped explosive flanker or centre Conor Wood for the Craig Busby Memorial Trophy, which was presented at the club's summer ball at the Midland Hotel.
Prop Richard Booth won the equivalent second-team award, while winger Andy Collins won the Gavin Terry Memorial Trophy as the club's most improved player.
Director of rugby Sam Gardner, who oversaw the first team winning both Yorkshire Division Two and the Yorkshire Shield, lifted the Richard Birkett Memorial Cup as clubman of the year.
