Special guest appearance at Keighley and Bingley Aikido Club
Keighley and Bingley Aikido Club have announced that Keith Hayward, 6th Dan and a senior instructor in the United Kingdom Aikikai, will run a session at the club on Sunday, May 11.
The training session will start at 1pm at the Keighley Academy of Martial Arts, Greengate Mill (near Morrisons).
Current Aikido students and those new to self defence are welcome to participate or watch. Children are also welcome.
