SIR – As providers of information, advice and guidance across the Bradford district, we were concerned to read the article in the Telegraph & Argus on January 7, “Workers pay the price for poor job advice”.
Your readers should be aware that a wide range of services offering support and guidance are available for the public to access across the Bradford district.
Anybody wishing to access effective advice on learning, training or finding a job can do so by telephoning the regional telephone access point: 0845 0521040, opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
The IAG Network Directory, a list of organisations providing IAG in the district, can be accessed on the Learning Partnership website at bradfordlearningpartnership.org.uk/infoadviceandguidance.php.
