READER LETTER: Lib Dems not making themselves credible
SIR – Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron (below) at his party conference states that they were the only credible opposition to the government, especially regarding Brexit, whether it be hard, soft or - like their opinions - soggy.
He castigates Prime Minister Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn equally, although I don’t think either will have any sleepless nights because of it.
From his words of wisdom it would seem he is a super optimist or auditioning to take part in a remake of the TV programme Game for a Laugh, doing and saying silly things as the programme title indicates.
