SIR - Naz Shah MP made her intemperate remarks about Jews and Israel, by her own admission, out of sheer ignorance for which she has apologised profusely in the House of Commons which was broadcast in national TV news bulletins, and to the Jewish communities in Bradford and Leeds (‘Corbyn has abandoned his long-held beliefs’, Letters, March 14).
Since even before these remarks she had been associated with the Bradford Jewish community and continues to be so. Naz is a great asset to Bradford as she proves time and again.
