A TELEVISION company is looking for people in this area who lined the route of the Royal Wedding procession in 1981.
The anniversary of the marriage of Charles and Diana on July 29 will be the subject of a Channel 4 documentary later this year, and the station wants to hear from News Shopper readers who were there 20 years ago.
A production spokesman explained: “The Royal Wedding was watched and listened to by 1.2 billion people, and people in Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Dartford and Gravesend will have been out in London to watch the special day. It is those people we wish to speak to.”
If you were there, call 01689 885703.
