A campaign calling for a referendum on the EU Constitution has been started in Pudsey.
Ballot papers have been sent to 38,000 households in the Pudsey parliamentary constituency, including Calverley, Guiseley and Horsforth, asking people if they think there should be a national referendum on the Lisbon Treaty and whether the UK should adopt the treaty.
The Pudsey vote is part of a first wave of referendums in constituencies across the UK and, together, the votes form the biggest public consultation on the EU since 1975.
