The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Ilkley: construction of single storey extension to rear, 51 Lawn Avenue, Burley in Wharfedale. Ilkley: conversion of barn to residential dwelling, Stead Hall Farm, Moor Road, Burley Woodhead.
Keighley: advertisement poster on bus shelter, bus shelter 21808 Braithwaite Road. Keighley: application for amendment approval 06/04021 to provide accommodation in roof space, provision of additional rooflights to south elevation and additional window to stair half landing, omission of one window to east elevation, amendment to approved rooflights, Greenfield Joinery Works, Main Road, Steeton with Eastburn.
Keighley: construction of 34 houses, access road and parking areas, land at grid ref 406067 Woodhouse Road. Keighley: construction of extension, Elm Croft, Bingley Road. Keighley: demolition of existing garages to form new access and construction of 13 dwellings, Ryelands, Cark Road.
Lidget Green: construction of additional extension to rear, 9 Lidget Avenue. Lidget Green: construction of part rear extension, conservatory and front elevation amendments, 1 Northside Road. Little Horton: construction of terrace consisting of ten dwellings, land to the side of former medical centre at 407 Little Horton Lane. Little Horton: single storey extension to rear, 10 Hastings Place.
Manningham: construction of two storey extension and porch to front, 81 Walker Drive. Manningham: installation of two bronze lions, reproductions of original features, Lister Park, Oak Lane. Menston: creation of paved customer seating area, The Fox, 129 Bradford Road. Menston: replacement of conservatory, Hamewith, Westbourne Drive. Micklethwaite: construction of glasshouse extension to the south east wall of the existing property, Greenhill Manor, Greenhill Lane.
Odsal: construction of single storey extension to rear of property, 95 St Abbs Drive. Queensbury: construction of five, four-bedroom townhouses, 53 West End. Riddlesden: construction of three, three-storey town houses on raised garden land, land at grid ref 407567 Scott Lane.
Sandbeds: increase height of garage and installation of new roller door, replacement of existing timber construction with block wall together with replacement of roof, 2 Mayfield Drive. Silsden: construction of detached garage, 36 Woodside Road. Silsden: construction of two storey extension to rear to form basement with sun lounge over, 14 Hunters Meadow.
Wibsey: construction of office store and workshop in association with window cleaners' depot, Foresters Yard, Lower George Street. Wibsey: outline application for detached dwelling with matters reserved, 8 Briggs Place. Woodside: mixed use development comprising the construction of 8005sqm of B1 light industrial, B2/B8 units and B1 offices, 115 dwellings, new access, egress and associated car parking and landscaping, land south of Bulmer & Lumb Limited, Royds Hall Lane.
Wyke: construction of conservatory to rear of property, 79 Caldene Avenue. Wyke: demolition of car garage parking block and construction of one detached house, garages east of 100 Mayfield Rise, Balme Street. Wyke: retention of house as built, land at 46 Wyke Crescent.
The following planning applications have been lodged with Kirklees Council: Batley: Change of use of yard to storage of skips and waste transfer, Owler Lane, Birstall. Batley: Listed building consent for widen and re-grade existing footpath for disabled access, Oakwell Hall, Nutter Lane, Birstall. Cleckheaton: Change of use from first floor flat to office, The Old Bank, 286 Oxford Road, Gomersal. Cleckheaton: Conservatory, High Meadows, 10 Bream Avenue. Cleckheaton: Formation of great crested newt pond and habitat (relocated from adjacent site), Prospect Mills / Shaped Wires, Scholes Lane, Scholes.
