The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Apperley Bridge: demolition of a garage and the construction of a detached house, 1 Apperley Road. Baildon: construction of extension to bedroom and conversion of garage into living space, 57 Walker Wood. Barkerend: change of use from dwelling to office, 11 Upper Seymour Street. Barkerend: construction of conservatory, 26 Percival Street.
Barkerend: construction of two storey extension to side, Sunrise Restaurant, New Otley Road.
Bierley: construction of two storey extension to side and single storey extension to rear, 66 Bierley House Avenue. Bierley: demolition of existing rear single storey extension and ramp together with construction of new bathroom and entrance with external stepped and ramp approach, 38 Shetcliffe Lane.
Bingley: construction of conservatory to rear, Woodbank, Villa Road.
Bolton: replacement of detached garage, 423 Idle Road. Bowling: installation of two advertising posters, bus shelter Sticker Lane. Buttershaw: construction of conservatory to rear, 38 Verdun Road.
Chellow Dean: construction of two storey extension to side, 121 Haworth Road. City centre: advertisement of posters on existing bus shelter, bus shelter 17597 Centenary Square. City centre: installation of static projecting sign, 76 Kirkgate. Cottingley: renewal of application approved ref 03/00059/COU (expiry date 20/08/08) for change of use of outbuilding with extension on east elevation and garden, 4 Cliffe Villas, New Brighton.
Denholme: construction of a stable block for family use, Travis House Farm, Brighouse and Denholme Road.
Denholme: demolition of existing garage and construction of single storey side extension, Station House, Station Road. Eccleshill: construction of conservatory, 45 Pullan Drive. Eccleshill: installation of various signage, J Sainsbury, 760 Harrogate Road.
Fairweather Green: change of use from warehouse unit to light industrial use together with installation of new window, Unit 8 Alliance Business Park, York Street. Great Horton: construction of a two storey side extension, 22 Southmere Grove. Great Horton: construction of dormer windows to front and rear, 3 Blamires Street.
Great Horton: construction of new primary care medical centre, renovation and change of use of existing Grade II listed buildings (Nos 7, 11 and 15 Cousen Road), former Cross Lane Liberal Club, Cross Lane. Great Horton: construction of single storey extension and conservatory to rear, 38 Windermere Road.
Great Horton: construction of two storey side and part two storey, part single storey extension to rear including porch, 2 Estcourt Grove. Great Horton: conversion of public house and flats to three shop units with three flats over, 291-295 Southfield Lane. Heaton: alteration to daily opening/operation house for five daily congregational prayers for staff and students, 27 Temple Street. Heaton: alterations and extension to provide platform lift, Parkview, 7-8 North Park Road.
Heaton: construction of a rear extension to property, 24 Sunderland Road. Heaton: construction of single storey rear extension with covered car port to side, 1 Heaton Park Drive. Heaton: conversion from apartments to four bedroom house and construction of extension, 15 Victor Road.
Horton Bank Top: construction of five, one-bed flats and five, two-bed flats in single storey block with parking and landscaping, land at Mandale Grove. Horton Bank Top: demolition of three garages and construction of dwelling, land west of 119-123 Beldon Lane.
Idle: demolition of existing bungalow and outbuildings and construction of five detached four bedroom houses with single integral garage, 55 Westfield Lane.
