The following planning applications have been lodged with Calderdale Council:
Brighouse: powder coated aluminium sign tray with laser cut logo and text with backlit perspex infill (Advertisement Consent), 4-6 Bethel Street. Brighouse: residential development of 42, three and four bed houses (Reserved Matters pursuant to Outline Planning Permission 04/01174/OUT), Southages Quarries (disused), Ogden Lane.
Lightcliffe: detached house, land adjacent 1 Crow Nest Cottages, St Giles Road. Rastrick: internal works to create an accessible WC (Listed Building Consent), Rastrick Library, Crowtrees Lane. Rastrick: partial re-roofing and ancillary works to chimneys, Rastrick Library, Crowtrees Lane.
