The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Wibsey: restaurant extension to form dining room and takeaway accommodation, Spicy Cottage, 142 High Street. Wilsden: loft conversion with dormer windows, 10 Moor View Drive, Lee Lane. Wrose: redevelopment of redundant land for housing and relocation of football pitch and club house, Eccleshill United Sports Club, Kingsway.
Wyke: change of use to 450 Huddersfield Road and rear extensions to both 450 and 452 Huddersfield Road to form two, two-storey dwellings, 450/452 Huddersfield Road. Wyke: construction of industrial warehouse unit with internal office and associated external works, Tarmac Northern Limited, Cleckheaton Road.

Otley: installation of CCTV pole mounted camera to local centre, Market Place. Otley: single storey rear extension, 9 Ridding Gate. Pudsey: four three bedroom terrace houses to existing house site, West Dale, Surrey Road. Pudsey: detached cattle shelter and fodder store, Westroyd Farm, 37 Westroyd Crescent. Pudsey: single storey side extension, 15 Fulneck Mews. Pudsey: single storey extension, 6 Marsh Rise. Rawdon: two storey extension with conservatory to rear, 15A Larkfield Drivve. Stanningley: part two storey part single storey side and rear extension, 3 Woodhall Park Drive. Stanningley: two single storey extensions to rear, new draft lobby to main entrance to restaurant, East, Bar, Lounge, Grill, Unit 7, Foundry Industrial Estate, Richardshaw Lane. Stanningley: conservatory to rear, 1 Woodhall Park Avenue. Swinnow: first floor front extension to form offices to builders merchants, Swinnow Lane. Swinnow: two storey rear extension, 9 Harewood Way. Yeadon: outline application for a three storey residential development of six flats, Carlton Garage, New Road. Yeadon: dormer window to rear, 22 West View. Yeadon: two detached two bedroom log cabins, Carlton Hall Farm, Carlton Lane. Yeadon: change of use of dwelling house to four one bedroom flats, 40 Hawthorn Avenue. Yeadon: two dormer windows to front, dormer window to rear, 39 Glenmere Mount.
