The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Addingham: removal of existing pine velux roof light on rear elevation to be replaced by two smaller conservation rooflights, The Old Rectory, Low Mill Lane. Allerton: construction of single storey extension to side, 5 Allerton Lane. Allerton: single storey extension to side of existing extension with refurbishments, 5 Allerton Lane.
Baildon: construction of dormer windows, 27 Moorland Avenue. Baildon: construction of dwelling, 34 Glen Rise. Baildon: construction of one pair of semi-detached houses, 1 Milner Road. Baildon: construction of two storey side extension and double garage, 14 Airedale Terrace, Otley Road, Charlestown. Baildon: removal of porch, erection of single storey extension to provide lobby, utility room and shower room, 55 Springfield Road. Barkerend: change of use from car sales to hand car wash and valeting services, 310 Sticker Lane.
Bingley: change of use and extension of the former station master's house (Bingley Railway Station) including the demolition of the outbuildings to form a mixed development of A1 (retail), A5 (hot food takeaway) and C3 (apartments), former station master's house, 6 Park Road.
Bingley: change of use of A1 shop to A2 betting office, Unit 11 a/b Myrtle Walk. Bingley: change of use of A1 shop unit to D1 library for maximum period of 30 months, 5-7 Myrtle Walk. Bingley: residential development to construct ten apartments and two semi-detached dwellings, Nab Wood Service Station, Bradford Road.
Bolton: construction of two storey rear extension, 55 Sutton Avenue. Bolton: construction of two storey/single storey extension to rear, 1049 Bolton Road. Bradford Moor: construction of a two storey extension, 10 Thornbury Grove. Buttershaw: construction of two storey extension to side and rendering of all elevations, 57 Bishopdale Holme.
City centre: demolition of existing building and construction of new residential development consisting of 45 apartments with basement car parking, Laconia Buildings, 21 Paradise Street. Eccleshill: construction of detached house, 1 Glenmore Close. Eccleshill: construction of three storey apartment block, Total, 244 New Line. Eldwick: construction of three detached houses/garages in garden using existing vehicular access from Sheriff Lane.
Fairweather Green: construction of two storey side/rear and single storey rear extension, 38 Templar's Way. Great Horton: construction of a two storey rear extension and a front porch, 67 Ewart Street. Great Horton: installation of posters on existing bus shelter, bus shelter 15359 Great Horton Road.
Haworth: construction of three bedroom detached house with parking for two vehicles, 44 Woodlands Rise. Haworth: construction of two storey and single storey rear extension, 5 Ryelands Meadow. Heaton: change of use from school to dwelling, Shaw House School, 150-154 Wilmer Road.
Heaton: construction of detached dwelling, land at 42 Toller Grove. Heaton: construction of dormer windows to front and rear, 44 Bridgwater Road. Heaton: installation of 20 metre streetworks monopole and ground based equipment cabinet, land on south side of Smith Lane.
Heaton: installation of signage to existing bus shelter, bus shelter 22393 Oak Lane. Horton Bank Top: construction of dwelling to land off 126 Mandale Road. Idle: removal of hedge and installation of fencing to side and rear of property, 2 Elder Street.
Ilkley: change of use from garage shop/hand car wash to dry cleaning and laundry drop off and pick up facility, Wharfeside Service Station, Coutances Way, Burley-in-Wharfedale. Ilkley: illuminated wall mounted and free standing signs, former Little Chef, Coutances Way, Burley-in-Wharfedale.
Keighley: advertisement of posters on existing bus shelter, bus shelter 21806 Braithwaite Road. Keighley: conservatory to rear of property, 22 Spring Avenue, Long Lee. Keighley: construction of 48 retirement apartments, land at Woodville, Spring Gardens Lane. Keighley: construction of agricultural livestock building, land at 402907 441938 Tarn Lane, Laycock.
