Cleckheaton: Demolition of two dwellings and construction of three dwellings, site of 18+20 Eddercliffe Crescent.
Gomersal: Construction of 18 ecological dwellings, access arrangements and car parking (substitution of house type), site of former Roundhill Mill, Cliffe Lane. Gomersal: Construction of single storey rear extension, 9 Haddon Close. Gomersal: Construction of two storey extension, 1 Stoney Croft, Little Gomersal. Gomersal: Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of nine dwellings with garages, 46 Latham Lane. Gomersal: Re-use and adaptation of existing barn and new extension to form four apartments, Egypt Farm, Cliffe Lane. Gomersal: Re-use of existing agricultural Buildings and extension to form one dwelling, Fieldhead House Farm, Latham Lane. Heckmondwike: Construction of side extension (modified proposal), 41 King Street.

Liversedge: Construction of dormer extension, 2A Fall Lane, Hartshead. Liversedge: Construction of ground floor extension, 79 Windy Bank Lane, Hightown. Liversedge: Construction of three terraced dwellings, land adjacent to Cornmill Lane. Liversedge: Construction of three town houses and garage block, land to rear of 123 Huddersfield Road. Liversedge: Construction of two storey and single storey extensions and external staircase (modified proposal), 20 Park Avenue.
Mirfield: Construction of detached double garage with flat over, adjacent to 144 Nab Lane. Mirfield: Construction of extension to garage and split level conservatory, Contrast, Chapel Hill, Upper Horton. Mirfield: Construction of two storey extension, 23 Nettleton Road. Mirfield: Construction of two storey extension, 37 Quarryfields. Mirfield: Formation of boundary wall and vehicular access, 27 Shillbank View.
The following planning applications have been lodged with Calderdale Council:
Brighouse: double sided, free standing totem sign with internal illumination (advertisement consent), Calder Trading Estate, 370 Bradford Road, Bailiff Bridge. Brighouse: two new two storey apartment buildings to contain four apartments in total (outline), land side of 13 Thornhill Bridge Lane.
Hipperholme: construction of fencing and stone wall to create garden space to six dwellings, land at 3-8 Southedge Terrace. Hipperholme: detached dormer bungalow, garden to rear of 1 Newholme. Hipperholme: proposed extension and sub division of existing dwelling to form two dwellings including new access and external works, Craig Royston, 99 Bramley Lane.
Lightcliffe: single storey rear extension, 15 Bramley View. Northowram: conversion of barn to dwelling, Little London Farm Barn, Upper Lane.
