The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:
Baildon: change of use of under-croft parking area to office space, 1 Fred Atkinson Way. Baildon: construction of external storage container, Filtronic Components Limited, Airedale House, Acorn Park.
Barkerend: change of use from printing works to commercial van hire premises, external recladding and refenestration, formation of new roller shutter doors and construction of perimeter fencing, Northgraphic, Rees Way. Denholme: demolition of existing public house and construction of two detached houses, Copper Kettle, Brighouse Road. Heaton: construction of single-storey extension to rear of dwelling, 152 Westfield Road.
Ilkley: construction of garage to rear, 13 Tivoli Place. Ilkley: construction of single-storey extension to rear, 38 Brodrick Drive. Ilkley: demolition of existing dwelling and garage and construction of a two-storey block of seven apartments with associated car parking and landscaping, 32 Clifton Road.
Ilkley: installation of advertise-ments consisting of non- illuminated painted timber fascia, non-illuminated dibond panels and non-illuminated folded aluminium panels, The Original Factory Shop, Leeds Road. Ilkley: replacement of rear balcony, formation of new spiral staircase and changing size and shape of balcony, with oak structure and timber composite decking and screening as part of house remodelling works, Settlebeck, 109 Curly Hill.
Keighley: construction of three- storey block of 12 one-bedroom flats with car parking to rear, former allotment gardens, West Lane. Little Horton: construction of extension to form WC, 24 Rigton Street. Menston: single and two-storey extensions to east elevation and first-floor extension over existing garage, Carlrayne Lodge, Burley Road. Oakworth: conversion of garage to form dwelling and construction of triple garage, Woodside, Highfield Lane.
Riddlesden: construction of two-storey extension to side and rear, 8 High Bank Close. Shipley: placement of container on allotment for secure storage, Northcliffe allotments, Northcliffe Park, Bradford Road. Silsden: construction of dwelling in rear garden and widening of existing drive, 8 Rombalds Crescent.

Liversedge: construction of one pair of semi-detached dwellings, garage site opposite 13 Tanner Street. Liversedge: construction of temporary classroom with access ramp and toilet facilities and associated works, Hightown School, Hightown Road. Liversedge: construction of two- storey extension, 49 Millstone Rise, Norristhorpe. Liversedge: reserved matters application for construction of detached dwelling and integral garage, land adjacent to 13 Halifax Road.
Mirfield: certificate of lawful-ness for existing use of premises for prestige car sales, Cammden House, Camm Lane. Mirfield: construction of conservatory, 50 Water Royd Avenue. Mirfield: construction of first-floor exten-sion, Hopton Brow, 102 Hopton Lane. Mirfield: construction of ground-floor extension and ramped access, 6 Sands Lane. Mirfield: construction of three-storey dwelling, land between 7 and 9 Nettleton Road. Mirfield: demolition of existing bungalow and construction of one dwelling, 33 Crowlees Road. Mirfield: demolition of existing bungalow and outline application for construction of three detached dwellings, 4A Crowlees Road.
