The following planning applications have been lodged with Craven Council:

Otley: Listed Building application for addition of one air conditioning and one condenser unit to rear elevation of bank, 2 Manor Square. Otley: one, four-bedroom detached house with allocation for two parking spaces to garden site, land adjacent to 35 Farnley Lane.
Pudsey: one four-bedroom detached house and one five-bedroom detached house each with an integral garage to garden site, Orchard Drive. Pudsey: removal of condition five of application 25/22/95/FU (garage to be used for motor vehicles) to convert garage to habitable room, 31 Southroyd Park. Pudsey: single storey side and rear extension, 25 Woodlands Park Road.
