The following planning applications have been lodged with Craven Council:

Cowling: conservatory to rear of property, 15 Acre Meadow. Cowling: lean to conservatory to rear, 6 Acre Mews. Cowling: new modern farm building, Smithy House Farm. Cowling: residential building be made lawful, The Workshop, Carr Mill Mews.

Skipton: conversion of barn to live/work unit and replacement of existing sheds with garage and work/business storage, barn at West Berwick Farm, Draughton. Skipton: extension to existing portal frame shed to provide additional manufacturing capacity, Northern Paper Board Ltd, Ings Lane. Skipton: first-floor side extension and single-storey rear extension, 64 Regent Drive. Skipton: front and rear dormer extensions plus single-storey rear conservatory, 10 Midland Street. Skipton: proposed two-storey side extension, 43 Hurrs Road. Skipton: removal of diseased trunk, sycamore, 24 Hall Croft.

The following planning applications have been lodged with Leeds Council: Otley: balcony to front, 3 Grove Mill Court. Otley: change of use of vacant workshop to counselling rooms involving internal and external alterations, Newall Hall, Newall Hall Park. Otley: demolition of car showroom, laying out of access and erection of 14 houses and garages, former Massingberd Otley Ltd, Manor Garage, Leeds Road.

Otley: Listed Building application for addition of one air conditioning and one condenser unit to rear elevation of bank, 2 Manor Square. Otley: one, four-bedroom detached house with allocation for two parking spaces to garden site, land adjacent to 35 Farnley Lane.

Pudsey: one four-bedroom detached house and one five-bedroom detached house each with an integral garage to garden site, Orchard Drive. Pudsey: removal of condition five of application 25/22/95/FU (garage to be used for motor vehicles) to convert garage to habitable room, 31 Southroyd Park. Pudsey: single storey side and rear extension, 25 Woodlands Park Road.

Rawdon: conversion of garage to habitable room, 44 Hill Crescent. Rawdon: first floor side extension, alterations to existing attached garage to form habitable room and single storey side and front extension to form new attached garage, 13 Layton Mount. Rawdon: two storey side extension and detached garage to side, 24 Layton Lane.

Rodley: two externally illuminated fascia signs, one externally illuminated sign, one externally illuminated hanging sign, one externally illuminated post mounted sign, two internally illuminated menu signs and two non-illuminated menu signs to pub, The Old Inn, 1 Rodley Lane.

Yeadon: detached block of two B1 use class industrial units with ancillary offices, car parking, 2.4m high security fence and landscaping, land on Westfield Industrial Estate, off Kirk Lane. Yeadon: detached double garage to rear, 33 Briarlea Close. Yeadon: detached single storey prefabricated educational building with car parking and 1.8m high fence, car park Well Lane. Yeadon: internally illuminated fascia and projecting sign to ground floor retail unit, Co-op Travel Store, 7 Cliffe Court. Yeadon: two storey side extension to form double garage with habitable rooms over, alterations to existing integral garage to form habitable room and Juliet balcony at first floor level to rear, 60 Kirk Lane.
