The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council: Queensbury: Construction of two dwellings, 1 Flowerpot Lane. Queensbury: Conversion of two ground-floor shop units from retail to residential and link with existing first-floor flats to form two terraced houses, together with the construction of one off street parking space, 48-50 Brighouse Road.

Riddlesden: Construction of fence on top of retaining wall, 53 Western Avenue. Riddlesden: Two-storey side extension, 42 Scott Lane.

Saltaire: Change of use from cafe and gallery (A3) to cafe-bar and gallery (A3 and A4), 14 Victoria Road. Sandy Lane: Various posters integrated into existing bus shelter, Bus Shelter 20226, Sandy Beck.

Shipley: Construction of conservatory to rear, 19 Aireville Avenue. Shipley: Construction of new dwelling, 22 Farfield Road. Shipley: Construction of single-storey extension and dormer window to rear, 23 Beamsley Road. Shipley: Detached dormer bungalow, 13 Redburn Drive. Thackley: Change of use from farm to livery business and replacement stable building, North Street Farm, 46 North Street. Thackley: Construction of detached house, 533 Leeds Road.
