Plans to build five terraced houses at the north end of Airedale Avenue, Skipton, have been recommended for approval.
The scheme, by Yorkshire Housing, is part of a £7 million project to increase the provision of social housing across the district.
The application will be discussed by Craven District Council's planning committee on Monday and officers have recommended approval, subject to various conditions.
