Staff and children at a Bradford nursery struck gold while celebrating a special anniversary.

Allerton's Child's Play Nursery was founded ten years ago and staff decided to dress up as pirates with their young charges for a day of celebrations which included a treasure hunt.

Nursery nurse Grace Oliver said: "We all had a great time - the children loved it. We played games and had searched for hidden treasure although no-one was made to walk the plank!"

Child's Play Nursery is part of Ley Top Family Centre. It caters for 25 babies and toddlers aged up to five.
