THE DEATH of a man in a house in Lawkholme, Keighley, this week was not suspicious, say police.
Police were called to Nightingale Street on Wednesday at about 5.20am after receiving reports of concern for the safety of a person at the terraced house.
Officers discovered the body of a man in his 40s, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
West Yorkshire Police launched an investigation and on Wednesday afternoon said the death was being treated as unexplained.
Following a post-mortem, a police spokesman said: "Following further enquiries police can confirm the death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been passed to the Coroner for further enquiries."
