PLANS to install a large sign to advertise Bradford’s IMAX cinema has been approved by planners.
The National Science and Media Museum submitted the planning application for new signage, including illuminated lettering on its frontage and new signage on the rear of the building.
The group said it aimed to “shout about” its huge, 60 foot tall IMAX screen - the biggest in the region.
There is currently little external advertising for the screen.
The plans were approved yesterday.
