The following have been dealt with by Bradford magistrates:
Waseem Hussain, aged 21, of Cumberland Road, Lidget Green; breach of community order, order revoked and dealt with in respect of the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of taking a motor vehicle without the owners consent, dealt with for the original offence of driving while disqualified, jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, 130 hours' unpaid work.
Stephen S Donohue, aged 40, of Newcross Street, West Bowling; breach of community order, order revoked and dealt with in respect of the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of theft, 12 months' community order. Akhtar Zaman, aged 28, of Midland Road, Bradford 1; caused a vehicle to wait where waiting was prohibited, £30 fine, £15 compensation, £455 costs.
Mohammed Ismaheel, aged 20, of Ventnor Street, Barkerend; breach of community order, order revoked and dealt with in respect of the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of driving while disqualified, five months' community order with curfew. Christopher A J Kellett, aged 34, of Swain House Crescent, Swain House; drunk and disorderly, £60 fine, £15 compensation, £60 costs.
Keisha Pryce, aged 20, of Ventnor Street, Barkerend; four counts of assault, £300 compensation, £60 costs, six months' community order with curfew. Joslyn James, aged 22, of Silverhill Road, Bradford Moor; two counts of assault, £150 compensation, £60 costs, six months' community order with curfew.
We wish to point out that all the information in this court file is provided by the magistrates' court, which collates the details largely from prosecutors and the police. In calculating the amount of any fine, the court takes into account the income of the offender as well as the seriousness of the offence.
