    The following have been dealt with by Bradford Magistrates:

    Janine Darling, aged 36, of Moresby Road, Woodside; two counts of failure to comply with abatement notice, £100 costs, 12 months' conditional discharge. Mark Holmes, aged 35, of Clayton Road, Lidget Green; two counts of failure to comply with request for information, £440 fine, £150 costs, £15 compensation.

    Hamza Ali Saleem, aged 29, of Lytton Road, Girlington; possession of cannabis, £220 fine, £15 compensation, £30 costs. Mohammed Naweed, aged 20, of Raynor Avenue, Girlington; wilful obstruction, possession of cannabis, driving without a licence, driving without insurance, £60 costs, three months' community order with curfew, banned from driving for 12 months.

    Jasmine Kauser, aged 29, of Oak Lane, Manningham; driving without insurance, £150 fine, £40 costs, licence endorsed; driving without a licence, £50 fine, £15 compensation. Vencott Williams, aged 36, of Stone Acre Court, West Bowling; driving without a licence, £60 costs, licence endorsed; made a false statement for the purpose of obtaining insurance, 12 months' community order, 150 hours' unpaid work, curfew.

    Pradip Bhatt, aged 53, of Aberdeen Place, Lidget Green; theft, £60 costs, one year's conditional discharge. Craig Randolph Dean, aged 21, of Richmond Street, Keighley; drunk and disorderly, £40 fine, £15 compensation, £60 costs. Kelly Griffin, aged 18, of West View, Bowling; harassment, £60 costs, 12 months' conditional discharge.

    Donna Holdsworth, aged 27, of Whiteways, Bolton; drink-driving, £60 costs, 24 months' community order, 150 hours' unpaid work, banned from driving for 36 months. Elanah Sher, aged 37, of Cottingley Road, Allerton; three counts of dishonestly making false representation, £250 compensation, £60 costs, 12 months' community order, 150 hours' unpaid work.

    Richard Summers, aged 42, of Kings Road, Bolton; drink-driving, £50 fine, £15 compensation, £60 costs, banned from driving for 14 months. Dominic James Defiori, aged 19, of Barham Terrace, Ravenscliffe; possession of cannabis, £65 costs, 12 months' conditional discharge. Lyndsey Green, aged 20, of Westcombe Court, Wyke; breach of community order, £45 costs, order revoked and dealt with in respect of the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of theft, four months' community order with curfew.

    David Steven Marshall, aged 39, of Southfield Avenue, Odsal; failure to provide non-intimate sample, £30 costs, six months' conditional discharge; failure to surrender to custody, detention for one day in court. Stewart Carroll, aged 28, of Weyhill Drive, Allerton; assault, £150 fine, £15 compensation, £150 costs. Kenneth Holmes, aged 57, of Back Fold, Clayton; failure to provide specimen of breath, £150 fine, £15 compensation, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months.

    Anthony Spencer, aged 31, of Brentford Road, Low Moor; breach of community order, re-sentenced for the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of taking a vehicle without owner's consent, £50 fine, £45 costs, £15 compensation. Richard Hall, aged 31, of Grove House Road, Bolton; two counts of breach of community order, £45 costs, order revoked and dealt with in respect of the original offence; dealt with for the original offence of driving while disqualified, 12 months' community order.
