Geoffrey Smith, aged 62, of Kenley Avenue, Wibsey; soliciting for the purpose of prostitution, £120 fine, £15 compensation, £60 costs. Philip Ian James Walker, aged 25, of Foal Street, Low Moor; driving without insurance, £100 fine, £15 compensation, £40 costs, licence endorsed; driving without a licence, £50 fine.
