A fundraising family of 12 will take part in the Bradford 10k run in aid of Epilepsy Action.
Simon Carroll, 46, of Lark Vale, Gilstead, will run the race with his wife Sue, twin daughters Katie and Eliza and eight other members of the family.
The Yeadon-based charity has a special place in their hearts because Mr Carroll's mother and brother-in-law both suffer from the condition.
He said: "The charity do a lot of work to raise awareness which is really good. And the more research they can do the better.
"My mum's husband, who is in his 70s, is going to walk around the route."
The run, on Sunday March 29, is supported by the Telegraph & Argus, Bradford Council and the Airedale Athletics squad.
It will begin and end at Bradford's Centenary Square, heading down Canal Road towards Frizinghall and back.
Prizes will be awarded for male and female first, second and third places as well as veterans. There will be free Tshirts for all runners and refreshments will be available on the day. It costs £15 to enter, or £13 for those affiliated to an athletics club. To enter, use the form below or call (0113) 2108800.
