SIR – I have recently been on Ward 21 at the BRI for two weeks and would like to praise all the staff.
The care and attention was brilliant. They even found time for a chat when I was really down. They have so much paperwork to do these days and many agree all they want to do is nurse and get to know patients, but due to filling in forms they do not always get the time!
The reason also for my letter is that many people complain about things and not enough give praise, so thank you very much, staff, I so appreciate you all.
