SIR - There is always someone somewhere who wants to dig a hole, set up temporary lights, which are designed to cause traffic jams. Forgive me Baildon residents, but you are not the only ones suffering from gas workings.
Otley Road may be very busy but, there are other busy roads suffering tail-backs also.
We have to put up with it.
The problem is that there are too many cars on the roads and not enough public transport.
But, there is a station at Baildon and one in Shipley. You lucky devils, we in south Bradford don’t have a station and when Low Moor station is built there will be only one train per hour.
B Barraclough, New Works Road, Low Moor
