Thank you to McDonald’s staff
SIR – I am writing to express my grateful thanks and appreciation to staff at the McDonald’s restaurant on Leeds Road, Thornbury.
Last week, my son visited the restaurant with his friends and became unwell. The shift manager and staff showed their care for the welfare of my child.
They telephoned me to explain my child was poorly. It took me little time to get to the restaurant and the staff took care of my child, offering him comfort, emotional support and keeping an eye on his condition. Thank you very much for your help and support.
