SIR - Since we found evidence of widespread cruelty inside UK slaughterhouses, Animal Aid has been calling for mandatory CCTV to help vets end these illegal activities.
Now, we have launched a brand new film and campaign website to help promote this important initiative.
The film features famous vet and author, Emma Milne, who believes that CCTV must be used to better protect animals from the kind of violence filmed.
The website asks visitors to sign a Number 10 petition and email their MP.
It is also full of information about why CCTV is necessary, how it could be used and how a new law could be enacted.
