SIR – What a deliciously absurd letter from Brian Holmans (T&A, April 14). The answer to all his questions is ‘No’. I can’t.
The option was taken away from me to prefer imperial measure by an unelected dictatorship. When and where did our elected representatives debate and vote on metric measure?
