Carole Waugh's body was found with a single stab wound inside a car in New Malden, south west London
Two men are due to appear at the Old Bailey accused of killing wealthy oil executive Carole Waugh.
Rakesh Bhayani, 40, and Nicholas Kutner, 47, are charged with murdering the 50-year-old, who disappeared from her central London home.
Miss Waugh's body was found with a single stab wound inside a car in a lock-up garage in Lime Court, New Malden, south west London, on August 2.
Miss Waugh, originally from Durham, was reported missing by her family on May 7 and had not been seen since mid-April.
Unemployed Bhayani, of Chamberlayne Avenue, Wembley, north west London, has been charged with three offences of identity fraud involving £280,000.
Kutner, of no fixed address, faces two charges relating to renting Miss Waugh's property at Tressard Court in Marylebone, and one of unlawfully withdrawing funds from her bank account.
He is also facing a fraud charge after allegedly posing as Miss Waugh's brother Chris in an attempt to sell her London home.
