A LOCAL racing driver will be sponsoring a new event for mini motorists attending this year’s Bradford Classic.
Andy (Ace) Harrison will sponsor the The Ace Grand Prix at this year’s event, on Saturday August 11.
It will feature budding racers under the age of 6 competing in pedal powered cars, specially prepared by his company Acespeed Historic Motorsport, on a track in Centenary Square.
Visitors to the Classic can enter their junior drivers on the day.
The Bradford Classic will take place in Bradford city centre, and feature dozens of classic vehicles for people to view.
Mr Harrison said: “We have been coming for a number of years and we love to meet the public and talk about our cars. It is now firmly established in our event calendar.”
Entries and other information are available on the website thebradfordclassic.com.
