A DRIVER has been fined for using his mobile phone while on the road.
It's not known where the vehicle was stopped, but Bradford police's specialist 'quad squad' said the driver was "oblivious" to marked police bikes at the side of him while he was using his phone.
They said he was reported for the offence, which now carries six points and a £200 fine.
