POLICE are seeking witnesses to an attack on a 43-year-old man in Heckmondwike.
The victim was walking along Union Road when he was pushed by his assailant causing him to fall to the floor and cut his head.
PC Chris Merrick, of Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “The victim had been in a disagreement over a parking issue with the passenger of a blue car in Market Street about 15 minutes before this offence.
“We are keen to speak to the passenger and driver of this vehicle to eliminate them from our inquiries.”
