STAFF at Hartshead Moor services have raised more than £23,000 for this year’s Children in Need appeal.
Pudsey Bear was greeting children at the Welcome Break service station on the M62 in the week running up to the annual telethon.
Staff also sold Pudsey Bear merchandise and completed challenges to raise the charity cash.
Site director Lorraine Lee said: “We had lots of activities at Hartshead Moor to support BBC Children in Need and tripled our last fundraising total."
“We couldn’t be more thankful to our staff and generous customers who have supported us to make this year a success.”
