PEOPLE are being urged to take part in a swimming challenge to help Lupus UK, the chosen charity of Craven Council chairman Linda Brockbank.
Participants can choose to swim different distances and attempt their stint at Craven Pool, anytime between this Friday and the end of March.
Sponsorship money can be paid directly to the chairman’s charity account by calling 01756 700600. Lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease in which the body attacks its own healthy cells and tissues.
