MP GREG Mulholland led a group of politicians to victory in a charity rugby league match against a team of journalists.
Mr Mulholland (Lib Dem, Leeds North-West) won 10-6 and helped raise almost £1,000 for the Duchenne muscular dystrophy charity Joining Jack and sports charity Rugby League Cares.
“Well done and hard luck to the journalists, the game really could have gone either way,” he said. “A huge thanks to the politicians and journalists who took part, those who helped us raise nearly £1,000, and to Wigan Warriors for hosting us.”
