City centre: installation of extraction grills for a new takeaway, 20 East Parade. Clayton : construction of two dwellings, land south of Coach House, Clayton Lane. Clayton: second storey extension on existing single storey extension to the side, 15 Delph Grove. Eccleshill : construction of 21 dwellings with associated parking and landscaping, land south of Tunwell Street. Eccleshill: replacement of all windows, Bradford Industrial Museum, Moorside Road. Eccleshill: single storey store room extension, 94 Acre Avenue.

Fairweather Green : construction of a two storey rear extension and repositioning of existing garage, 38 Sunningdale. Fairweather Green: installation of new shopfront, 141-147 Allerton Road. Girlington : front dormer window, 279 Kensington Street. Great Horton : construction of dormer to rear and repositioning of front dormer, 1216 Great Horton Road.

Heaton : construction of conservatory to rear, 11 Lynton Drive. Heaton: construction of single storey extension, internal alterations, new pitch roof with dormer to rear elevation, 195 Highgate. Heaton: construction of steel palisade fence, 68 Wilmer Drive and 39 Park Drive.

Lidget Green : engineering operation to fill a void below a former railway bridge on Beckside Road with cementitious material/grout for stability reasons, land at Beckside Road. Lidget Green: two storey extension to rear of property and rear basement, 32 Arncliffe Terrace. Manningham : conversion of three flats back into one dwelling house, 21 Blenheim Road.

Queensbury : construction of 11kw wind turbine on 15m mast, Clayton Edge Farm, Station Road. Thornton : change of use from business premises to house, 486 Thornton Road. Tong : reconstruction of front porch for the benefit of disabled person, 59 Ferrand Avenue.
