The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Addingham : conversion of the existing dwelling and attached retail unit back to two houses with adjoining self-contained retail unit, partial demolition of single-storey extension to rear to enable the construction of a two-storey rear extension and replacement of shopfront, 143-145 Main Street. Addingham: partially demolish single-storey rear extension, construction of two-storey rear extension, alter shopfront, conversion of three-bed house to two dwellings, replacement of fire damaged roof to shop, incorporate rooflights within new roof, shop to be self-contained, current access to dwelling to be removed, 143 and 145 Main Street.

Addingham: to carry out general remedial/repair works to the external fabric of the building, including repointing with appropriate lime mortar, re-sealing of cast iron rainwater goods, re-bedding of chimney pots, replacement of broken ones and the fitting of appropriate type/ style ventilation mushrooms to redundant stacks, Hallcroft Hall, Ilkley Road. Allerton : additional transmission dish to this site, St Peter’s Church, Allerton Road.

Baildon : single-storey front extension, 4 Spring Hill. Bolton : rear extension, 3 Sable Crest. Bowling: renewal of planning permission 08/04711/OUT dated 05.08.08: construction of detached dwelling to rear, 19 Fenby Grove. Burley -in-Wharfedale: detached garage, The Glen, Myrtle Lane. Burley-in-Wharfedale: non-material amendment to approval 11/05584/HOU dated 06/02/ 2012: construction of first-floor extension, amendment to remove overhanging roof/eaves/soffit from side and rear walls, 3 Greenholme Close. Burley-in-Wharfedale: retrospective application for the installation of three small air conditioning units surface-mounted at high level to the (rear) north elevation of the property.

Eldwick : conversion of existing church hall to create two dwellings, Eldwick Methodist Church Hall, Otley Road. Great Horton : single-storey rear and side extension for a disabled person, 151-153 Moore Avenue. Great Horton: variation of condition 3 attached to approval 11/00523/MAF for the submission of amended plans in line with revised educational needs, condition 3 to be revised and works to be carried out in accordance with revised drawings, Brackenhill First School, Dracup Road.

Heaton : construction of front dormer window, 20 Saltburn Place. Heaton: convert roof to hipped gable, with rear dormer window, 42 Duchy Drive. Heaton: non-material amendment to planning permission 11/01755/HOU dated 10/06/ 2011 (side and rear extension): to provide undercroft parking in lieu of dining area and alterations to window openings and positioning, 11 Shay Grove. Heaton: part two-storey and part single-storey rear extension, 58 Lynfield Drive.

Ilkley: construction of new double garage to replace the existing garage, 2 Grange Estate. Keighley : construction of detached house, High Mead Spring Gardens Lane. Keighley: replacement garage doors, 73 Exley Road. Little Horton : demolition of fire station buildings, former fire station, Nelson Street. Little Horton: retrospective application for construction of decking and fencing to rear of property, 16 Hawes Grove.Oakworth : construction of a four bedroom detached house on existing undeveloped garden site, Oakroyd, Providence Lane.
