Bingley : extension and alterations to previously approved plans 12/01328/FUL (conversion of garage into a dwelling), The Coach House, Priestthorpe Hall, Park Road. Harden: construction of agricultural glasshouse, Woodbank Nurseries, Harden Road. Idle : construction of two detached two-storey dwellings including access and parking, land east of 30 to 32 Highfield Avenue. Idle: renewal of planning permission 09/02514/FUL dated 04.08.2009: construction of de-tached bungalow and garage, land east of 4 All Alone, All Alone Road. Idle: storage container and timber fence, garage site, Booth Royd. Ilkley : construction of dwelling (renewal of planning approval 09/02804/FUL dated 3/07/2009), Hebden, Queens Drive. Ilkley: demolition of existing outbuilding and construction of two-storey extension, Hollin Hall House, Skipton Road. Ilkley: replacement of windows to match existing in adjacent property and construction of conservatory frontage and door access to res-taurant, 58-60 The Grove.

Keighley : 2100 x 5000 non-illuminated fascia advertisement to rear of building, Light Industrial Unit, Great Northern Road.
