The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Shipley : construction of detached dwelling, land at Westcliffe Road. Shipley: new canopies to existing school entrances, new glazed opening will be formed to suit new internal configuration and extent of existing fence will to extended as shown on architects drawings, Windhill CE Primary School, Wrose Brow Road. Steeton With Eastburn : conversion and extension of existing garage and outbuilding to three bedroom bungalow, land at Eastburn House, Green Lane.

Thackley : extend existing cemetery into adjoining field, land at Crooked Lane. Thornton : relocation and retention of agricultural building, Lawhill Farm, Pit Lane. Thornton: construction of first floor extension to side with carport below, 7 Thorpe Avenue. Thornton: construction of first storey extension to side of detached dwelling, Intake Farm, Cragg Lane. Thornton: construction of first floor rear extension and front porch, 211 Allerton Road.

Tong : pallet holding store shed with pallet sorting areas, Unit 5, Roydsdale Way Euroway Industrial Estate. Tong: single storey rear extension, 2 Mill House Rise. Tong: construction of six semi detached houses, land between 3 and 13 Burnham Avenue. Tong: construction of single storey extensions to front and rear and convert garage to study including new pitched roof over, 292 Rooley Lane. Undercliffe : loft conversion with front and rear dormer windows, 442 Idle Road.

Wibsey : change of use from newsagent and off licence to sandwich shop serving hot and cold sandwiches, Ramji Newsagents, 2B Mill Street. Wibsey: form new pitched roof with loft conversion, rear dormer and front rooflights and two storey side and rear extension, 76 and 78 Hawes Road. Wilsden : now material amendment to planning approval (replacement front bay, two storey extension and rear kitchen and conservatory single storey extension): glazed conservatory changed to tiled roof with floodlights and rendered wall with windows, 1 Woodside Road.

Woodside: construction of double storey extension to side, 8 Castlerigg Green. Woodside: partial demolition and site clearance incorporating new elevational treatment to an existing textile building, Bulmer and Lumb Limited, Bulmers Mill, Royds Hall Lane.
