Ilkley: non-material amendment condition 2 on application 11/04481/HOU demolition of existing conservatory and construction of single-storey and first floor extensions with alterations to existing house, 2 Lakeside Close. Ilkley: replacement garage and amendments to wall abutting Grove Road, Brook Lodge, 21 Grove Road.

Keighley: change of use from financial and professional services A2 to proposed opticians D1, 46 Cavendish Street.

Keighley: renewal of planning permission 09/02307/FUL dated 14th July 2009: construction of three detached dwellings, Woodview House, 4 St Paul’s Road. Keighley: replacement of existing single-storey side extension with new extension, Heathfield, Morton Lane, East Morton.

Menston: construction of single- storey rear extension, loft conversion, garage conversion, 5 Croft Drive. Menston: conversion of barn to dwelling, demolition of outbuildings, construction of two garages and formation of new access to Derry Hill, Derry Hill Farm, Bingley Road.

Oakworth: construction of detached dwelling and new access drive, land adjacent burial grounds, Dockroyd Lane.
